How do I place a bulk or group order?

If you'd like to place a bulk or group order (30 or more units of the same style and color), please shoot us an email at sales@quartermilesports.com for more information.
For orders of less than 30 units, please reach out to our Customer Service Team at sales@quartermilesports.com and we'll help you place your order.

 

Does quartermilesports offer repairs?

Quartermilesports does not offer repairs. If you experience an issue with your gear, you can view our returns and exchanges policy or contact Customer Support at sales@quartermilesports.com.

How can I change or cancel my order?

The window of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it is small, so we can't guarantee we can change or cancel your order before it is in process. If you find any issues with your order, contact us right away via live chat or by calling us at sales@quartermilesports.com

 

What are the shipping fees for an international order?

Shipping fees vary by location. We work closely with Fedex and UPS and all shipments are sent from China.

You can check the latest shipping fees on Fedex and ups website.

Duties, tariffs, and VAT (value-added tax) may also fluctuate depending on your country.

 

Why have I only received part of my order?

Your items may have been shipped in separate packages. To avoid customs problems.  Orders will ship in separate packages If the items are too large/bulky for one package. If you need additional assistance please contact us at sales@quartermilesports.com or via chat.
