Can I change or cancel my order before it ships?

How do I track my order?

We will be asked to provide your email address when you place your order, and an email with the tracking number will be sent to your email address once the shipment is shipped.


What happens if I don't pick up my order?

Fedex and ups will drop the parcel to the address you fill in, if no one signs for it or the address is wrong, fedex and ups will contact us, if we can't get in touch with you in 3 working days, the parcel will be destroyed by the local fedex and ups and the cost will not be returned, please note.


What shipping options can I choose from?

Why can't I fill in the PO BOX address?

Because the PO BOX address is generally used by the U.S. domestic courier for delivery of express addresses, Fedex and UPS multinational courier can not guarantee the success of delivery, in order for you to be on time and guarantee the smooth acceptance of the package, please do not provide PO BOX address.


Can I change my address after shipment?

Yes, Fedex and UPS offer a change of shipping address service, but the cost will vary depending on your country, but please note: this service does not guarantee success even if you pay for it.

How do I place an order outside of the AUS?

No matter where you are, as long as Fedex and UPS can deliver, you can place your order

Can I send a personal message with my gift order?

During checkout, you can add a free message to your gift order. We will print your personal message on the gift receipt and include it in your shipment. Gift messages are limited to 140 characters.
